It starts with the origin (which can be traced back to a physical effect), continues with the transmission (in which the environment also plays an important role) and ends with the perception in the human ear. The latter in particular is very subjective and sometimes difficult to quantify. For example, some people perceive rock music as very beautiful, while others would describe it as noisy. However, in addition to subjective perception, there are also clear findings on how constant noise affects people's well-being.<\/p><p>Perception is very much influenced by the room situation.
